The setup journey
Use the records shown in your own Admin workspace. DNS values are specific to the domain and deployment, so example records on a marketing page should not be copied into production.
Give your workspace a name and choose an eligible business package.
Enter the domain you control and want to use for email.
Publish the DNS verification record generated for your actual domain.
Use the DNS and hosting-readiness instructions in Admin, then create eligible mailboxes.
Open Mail once the required configuration, verification and access checks are complete.
Not every conversation belongs to one person. Shared mailboxes can give authorised team members a central place for customer enquiries and business communication. Mailbox counts and storage depend on your package.
